New buzzword: High Performance
Organizations had to compete with fewer resources and workers and higher expectations. How does this affect the workforce? Negatively. Employee engagement and retention were two issues for employers for 2010.

In order to leverage an employee’s performance, training professionals should help agents and brokers create a culture that allows for innovative ideas to flourish; recognize and reward agents decisions; and allow agents to create their own career path.
